ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM GRC, SecOps, HR, IM Service Request Management with SLAs Knowledge Management, Discovery S2P & MDM setup in EC Pro Service Catalogs and Integrations
Job Description: This is a leadership role within client and involves highly satisfying work focused on proactive value creation and stakeholder problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
10+ years of experience designing and architecting end-to-end solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities. Proven success in industry-specific consulting and advisory-identifying and solving complex business problems. Experience with multiple transformation programs across Technology/Hi-Tech, Software, Professional Services, and Manufacturing sectors. Strong articulation skills and ability to pitch innovation and thought leadership to CXO-level stakeholders. Ability to manage teams across multiple time zones. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - ServiceNow (preferred). Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, including TCS leadership, customer CXOs, and ServiceNow teams. Innovation mindset and ability to inspire and guide teams.

Industry-led Advisory & Transformation Experience ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred) 7+ years of ServiceNow ecosystem experience At least one domain experience: Technology/Hi Tech, Software, Professional Services, or Manufacturing Experience engaging CXO and customer stakeholders Nice to Have:
Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas
