1-Year Contract Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a pharmaceutical client's digital transformation efforts in Research & Development. This role will play a critical part in advancing research IT systems by collaborating closely with scientific and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Partner with R&D teams to support digital workflows and data systems. Analyze and improve systems such as ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook), SDMS (Scientific Data Management Systems), and other scientific databases. Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions. Ensure alignment of IT systems with scientific research goals. Facilitate strong collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. Drive data management best practices and process optimization initiatives. Requirements: Experience working in the pharmaceutical research domain. Familiarity with research IT systems like ELN and SDMS. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally. Ability to work onsite in Lexington, MA on a hybrid schedule.
