Assembly Technician

About the Job
Power Monitors, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. You'll be responsible for assembling electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products using a variety of tools and equipment, following precise work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and verbal directions. Place and align electronic components (resistors, sockets, etc.) on printed circuit boards (PCBs). Crimp, screw, bolt, rivet, solder, and secure parts using hand and power tools. Route and solder wires or harnesses to circuit boards and components. Perform wire stripping, tinning, bonding, drilling, curing, and cleaning. Install completed assemblies into enclosures and attach required hardware. Operate assembly equipment and machinery. Conduct quality checks using magnifiers, measuring tools, and electronic test equipment. Report defects or issues to a supervisor promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics assembly or related manufacturing (required) Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Why Join Power Monitors, Inc.?
