Ensure all faculty members in the division hold the appropriate credentials, training, skills, and/or licenses to meet requirements of accreditation and college guidelines. Establish expectations for employee performance and facilitate performance appraisals according to college policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for professional development and recommend options to enhance faculty and staff skills to meet divisional and college goals. Coordinate substitute instructors and/or activities for courses in the absence of faculty. Budget and Resource Management

Manage the division's budget and resources effectively. Assist team members to evaluate divisional/departmental needs, develop appropriate budgets, and request personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and other resources. Confer with division faculty to maintain learning spaces and equipment for effective instructional delivery.
