Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Doctor's Data, Inc. is seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join our team on a
part-time basis . This individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client accounts, verifying licensure, and supporting accurate record retention. The role requires strong communication skills to work effectively both within the department and across teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Establish and maintain new client accounts Verify licensure of potential clients Assist in gathering and retrieving medical records as needed Verify client addresses for returned mail File, scan, and archive documents as required Perform timely and accurate order entry Create and distribute discount coupons as needed Communicate with clients via phone, email, or fax to verify or gather information Collaborate with other departments to complete assigned tasks Respond promptly and accurately to requests, both verbally and in writing Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets Meet deadlines consistently Handle difficult customer interactions and resolve conflicts professionally Multitask and prioritize duties effectively Perform other duties as assigned by the manager Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical or laboratory environment Required Skills:
Professional and courteous telephone communication Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills, including basic math Reliable attendance Ability to follow written and oral instructions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with accurate typing skills Ability to work efficiently with available resources to complete tasks Benefit Offering:
