Job Summary
The Manager, IT M&A Integration plays a critical role within the Integration Management Office (IMO), responsible for overseeing the integration of internal and external IT systems, security controls, network infrastructure, and applications during mergers, acquisitions, and system upgrades. This position manages the execution of key IT remediation efforts and infrastructure improvements, implements enterprise-wide security best practices, and ensures alignment with corporate IT policies. The role also involves leading system and data migration activities to support DuraServ's expanding operations, with a focus on operational continuity, data security, and strategic alignment of IT capabilities with broader business objectives.

Apply critical fixes and remediation actions identified during third-party security evaluations, ensuring continuous improvement of the company's security posture. Standardize Security Controls
:
Lead efforts to unify endpoint and identity management controls across all systems to support consistent, organization-wide security practices. Enhance Network Security : Execute network segmentation strategies, deploy security monitoring tools, and integrate advanced threat detection findings into the SIEM for proactive risk management. Maintain Regulatory Compliance
: E nforce security compliance standards, including operating system and firmware updates, MFA enforcement, and adherence to SEC security policies. Modernize Network Infrastructure
:
Oversee the replacement of legacy routers, switches, and access points, and implement Cloud SD-WAN for optimized network traffic and resilience. Integrate Security Architecture
: L ead integration of Palo Alto SASE architecture with on-premise infrastructure, routing traffic through Prisma Cloud for improved visibility and control. Oversee IT System Migrations : Manage the transition of domain ownership, email infrastructure, and file sharing systems to DuraServ platforms, including migration to SharePoint. Support Communication System Migration
:
Coordinate the migration of POTS/VoIP systems to Microsoft Teams and ensure successful transition of associated devices. Implement Mobile Device Management
:
Issue and migrate mobile devices to DuraServ's telecom plan, ensuring proper provisioning, security, and compliance with IT policies. Deliver IT Training & Onboarding
:
Conduct training sessions on Microsoft software, security compliance, and basic IT systems; onboard users to the Microsoft environment and internal security protocols. Manage Vendor Transitions
:
Validate and cancel legacy vendor agreements and lead collaboration with third-party vendors to ensure successful integration and alignment with DuraServ operations. Lead Data Migration Efforts
:
Oversee the secure transfer of financial records, customer data, inventory, service backlogs, and master records into DuraServ's ERP system, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
(S) Deep understanding of IT infrastructure: Ability to assess the technical capabilities and manage the integration of acquired technologies. (A) Project management expertise: Ability to manage complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely completion of milestones. (A) Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities: Ability to identify strategic opportunities, assess risks, and develop effective solutions. (K) Experience with SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software providers. (K) Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in tech M&A. (S) Proficiency in tools such as O365, MS Dynamics and data visualization platforms. This job requires up to 50% planned business travel. Education and Experience
Education : Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in IT security or project management are a plus. Experience : At least 5 years of experience in IT systems integration, mergers & acquisitions, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of security, network infrastructure, and ERP systems. Technical Skills :
Expertise in Palo Alto SASE, network segmentation, and endpoint security tools (e.g., Carbon Black, Microsoft Defender). Experience with cloud networking (e.g., Cloud SD-WAN, Prisma Cloud). Familiarity with Dynamics ERP systems, SharePoint, and DNS migration processes. Knowledge of modern threat detection systems, SIEM, and security compliance tools.
