We're looking for a digital Product Manager to:

• understand client needs through research, analytics, and direct communication with clients, advisors, service teams, and stakeholders • manage client feedback and create reports/metrics to inform future product enhancements • assess and understand the market and competitive landscape • ensure clients have a high quality product experience by performing user acceptance testing (UAT), managing defects, and facilitating timely resolution of production issues • assist Product Owners with writing user stories, epics, and other documentation • foster strong working relationships with stakeholders • collaborate with stakeholders on communications, marketing, and training • help with buy vs. build analysis • support Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team

Detailed salary information: • Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $80000 to $100000 The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to products and services fulfilling client needs. You'll be working within the Digital Client Platforms crew. The mission of our crew is to create a best-in-class multi-channel, digital experience for wealth management and banking clients, that complements the personalized relationship they have with UBS advisors.

Your expertise

• 1+ years of digital product management or business analyst experience within the financial services industry (e.g. wealth management, banking, or brokerage) • experience working in agile teams
