Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with expertise in statistics, machine learning, and R programming to support quality and compliance initiatives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. This role involves using the Tidy verse packages/functions (especially TidyR) to manipulate and analyze compliance-related data, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

nalyze quality and compliance data (e.g., deviations, CAPAs, audits, lab results) using statistical and machine learning techniques. Build and validate models to identify trends, detect anomalies, and predict quality risks. Use TidyR and other Tidy verse tools to transform and structure complex datasets for modeling and reporting. Develop reproducible, audit-ready scripts and documentation in compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ICH Q10 standards. Collaborate with quality assurance, regulatory, and operational teams to define analytical needs and communicate insights. Contribute to continuous improvement in compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and digital quality systems.

Minimum Requirements:

Proficiency in R and Tidy verse packages including TidyR, DPLYR, and ggplot2. Experience applying statistical modeling (regression, classification, ensemble, neural nets) and machine learning and storytelling to stakeholders. Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory frameworks, and pharma manufacturing or clinical quality processes. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Shiny, R Markdown for interactive reporting. Familiarity with risk-based quality management (RBQM), process capability analysis, or statistical process control (SPC). Working knowledge of FDA, EMA, or ICH guidelines relevant to data integrity and model use in regulated settings.
