Ideal Candidate Background 3-8 years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments. Strong backend expertise, spending at least 70%+ of engineering time on backend systems. Solid experience designing, implementing, and operating distributed systems (queuing, caching, retries, scaling, fault tolerance, etc.).
