Job Summary We are hiring a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects at AGC Biologics. This role will manage multiple projects from proposal through completion by collaborating with clients, technical teams, and business development. The Project Manager will drive timelines, manage project controls, and ensure effective communication across internal teams and external partners, supporting AGC's mission in biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

$94,000 - $129,250
Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities Manage multiple projects of moderate to high complexity, fostering cooperation and trust with clients and internal teams Utilize project management tools to maintain communication, documentation, and control over project deliverables and timelines Monitor project progress to ensure completion on schedule and within budget, employing risk assessment and mitigation techniques Generate and communicate project status updates to all stakeholders clearly and effectively Support accurate financial monitoring and reporting for projects Prepare project change orders in collaboration with key stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AGC Biologics business units to ensure coordinated efforts and real-time communication Leadership Skills
Mentor junior and lateral colleagues, providing guidance and support Manage projects potentially spanning multiple US locations or partnering with other departments and functions Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry focused on CMC process development and/or GMP manufacturing Prior project management experience or managing external research collaborations Preferred:
Experience working in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) PMP or relevant Project Management certification
