What You'll Do:
As a
Production Support Operator , you'll be a key part of our thermal spray coating process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Masking
parts to protect areas from overspray Cleaning
components to ensure proper adhesion of coatings Deburring
parts to prepare them for coating and prevent defects Inspecting
your work to ensure quality standards are met Supporting other tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly What We're Looking For:
18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass a
background check
and
DOT drug screening Must be a
U.S. Person
under ITAR/EAR regulations (must provide one of the following: valid U.S. passport, birth certificate, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate) Available to work
3rd shift (Mon- Fri, 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m, week starts Sun night and ends Fri morning.) Dependable, detail-focused, and eager to learn and grow Bonus Points For:
1+ year of experience in masking, thermal spray, or aerospace manufacturing What We Offer:
