Special Requirements

This position currently allows for remote work but may transition to an onsite requirement at our designated office location, Monday through Friday, five days per week. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst / RPA Developer to support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of automation solutions while working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both business analysis and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working in Agile environments.

What Your Day Might Include...

Design, develop and implement automation models. Provide technical support of RPA Automation development and implementation in UiPath. Architect and develop workflow-based solutions, as needed. Build code sequences to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes. Proactively monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot, as needed. Ability to communicate effectively in a team to deliver high quality work products on time and schedule. Provide support in the areas of management, information technology, finance and accounting, cost estimating, risk analysis, etc. Business Analysis:

Meet regularly with stakeholders and end users to understand and document business needs and pain points. Perform business process analysis, systems analysis, requirements gathering, and feasibility assessments for process automations. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure customer needs are met. Review and evaluate development team outputs to ensure alignment with scope, quality standards, and user requirements. Support the Scrum Master and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. RPA Development & Automation:

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive and manual tasks using UiPath or similar platforms. Architect workflow-based solutions and build code sequences to streamline business processes. Provide technical support for RPA implementations and troubleshoot automation issues as needed. Proactively monitor automation effectiveness and make improvements to optimize performance. Requirements

You'll Bring These Qualifications...

US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust 1-3 years of experience in business analysis and/or RPA development. Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), workflow design, and automation best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Basic understanding of system integration, software development lifecycles, and requirements management tools.
