Lead Software Engineer - Adobe Experience Manager

Soni Resources is seeking a

Lead Software Engineer

with expertise in

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

for our client. The ideal candidate will have

5+ years of AEM experience , a

Developer (Sites) certification , and a strong background in

cloud integration ,

technical leadership , and

large-scale web ecosystem support .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead AEM development & maintenance , ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Manage cloud integrations , preferably with

Azure

or

AEM as a Cloud Service .

Provide technical leadership , mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Stay updated on industry trends

and implement improvements.

Architect scalable solutions

that maximize AEM's capabilities. Required Qualifications:

5+ years of AEM experience

and

10+ years in IT .

Adobe Experience Manager Developer (Sites) certification .

Proven experience supporting large-scale websites

with complex dependencies.

Cloud expertise

(Azure or AEM as a Cloud Service).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills

in AEM development. Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced cloud knowledge

(Azure services or AEM as a Cloud Service).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies .

Additional Adobe or cloud certifications .
