Your role

In this role, you will operationalize our data governance framework, ensure data reliability and consistency across departments, and serve as the conduit between technical systems and analytics functions. You'll work closely with the Strategy & Insights team to formalize metrics, enable data flows for dashboards and predictive modeling, and ensure our analytics outputs are built on a foundation of structured, trusted data.

We are seeking a technically skilled and collaborative Business Intelligence & Data Manager to lead data stewardship and delivery across our Foundation's enterprise systems-including Salesforce, SharePoint, NetSuite, and emerging AI platforms-in a hybrid cloud environment. This role is suited to a professional with hands-on experience in data infrastructure, lifecycle management, and cross-system integration.

What you'll do

Data Operations & Governance Implement and maintain data governance policies and protocols. Oversee data architecture and data lifecycle processes across cloud and on-premise environments. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Analytics Enablement & Collaboration

Partner with the Strategy & Insights team to establish robust data pipelines for KPIs, reporting dashboards, and advanced analytics models. Serve as a technical liaison to ensure data assets are structured and maintained in ways that optimize analysis, automation, and modeling. Promote self-service analytics by creating efficient, accessible data structures across departments. Enterprise Data Integration & Management

Support, enable, and drive enterprise-wide data integration efforts across platforms like Azure, Salesforce, Oracle, and SQL databases. Manage ETL pipelines and collaborate on the development of scalable data warehousing solutions. Continuously assess and implement new tools and technologies that enhance our data infrastructure. Stakeholder Alignment

Cultivate partnerships with business leads across programs, operations, development, and finance to align data systems with strategic objectives. Translate functional needs into technical data requirements and solutions. Support facilitation of joint planning sessions to identify evolving data priorities and analytics requirements. Experience you bring

Bachelor's degree preferred 5 or more years of relevant experience Experience in data management or systems integration Involvement in building analytics support structures (dashboards, visualizations, models) Proven experience working within hybrid cloud architecture Advanced proficiency in SQL and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R Solid working knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and architecture Experience supporting data operations in mission-driven or nonprofit contexts Collaborative by nature, with strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple data systems concurrently Passion for enabling data-driven decision-making across teams Comfortable translating between technical and non-technical audiences Effectively model and demonstrate CFT's core competencies, which include Collaboration, Impact and Problem Solving, Integrity and Accountability, Learning, and Internal and External Service
