We are currently seeking a highly skilled
Project Manager – Division 8 (Doors, Frames, Hardware)
to join our team in
Charlotte, NC . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is detail-oriented and well-versed in Division 8 scopes to lead commercial construction projects from conception through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Division 8 (Doors, Frames, Hardware) scopes across multiple commercial construction projects
Perform detailed take-offs and prepare estimates for doors, frames, and hardware
Collaborate with customers to identify discrepancies or deficiencies in project drawings and specifications
Source and select appropriate vendors, with deep familiarity in commercial door manufacturers
Assist with pricing, design reviews, code compliance, and remediation plans
Support operations and field teams during estimating, procurement, and execution phases
Provide technical support to the sales team during project buyout and design coordination
Track and compare actual material usage vs. estimates for project cost analysis
Review revised plans and serve as an internal quality control checkpoint for changes and orders
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in Division 8 (commercial doors, frames, hardware)
Strong knowledge of commercial door vendors, industry codes, and construction standards
Proficient in blueprint reading, spec interpretation, and construction documentation
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of estimating tools and project management software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Secondary Responsibilities (As Needed):
Assist operations teams with project document reviews and change management
Provide a secondary review of purchase orders and material verifications
