Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead to guide the development and delivery of innovative, customer-facing healthcare applications. These include patient and provider portals, integrations with internal platforms, and other user-centric tools. This role involves hands-on execution, team mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality, timely product releases that align with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a proven track record of leading agile teams, and a passion for creating scalable, compliant, and user-friendly healthcare solutions.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development using .NET Core/C#/Java. 1-2+ years in a leadership or senior engineering position. Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns. Familiarity with modern technology stacks such as Node.js and React/Angular. Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Proficient with SQL Server; experience with MongoDB is a plus. Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes. Proficient with Git and version control best practices. Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Strong system design and documentation capabilities. Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure) is a plus. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments. Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

Provide hands-on technical direction and guidance across the SDLC. Participate in architectural design and code reviews. Enforce code quality, performance, and security standards. People & Project Management

Lead a team of software engineers with clear goals and accountability. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and support career growth. Manage sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to meet product objectives. Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, InfoSec, and Compliance teams. Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Delivery & Execution

Drive the successful delivery of new features and system enhancements. Ensure high-quality output that meets business requirements and deadlines. Identify and resolve blockers and prioritize technical debt with leadership. Key Focus Areas:
