Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans Lead jobsite meetings and ensure documentation is current and thorough Ensure all work complies with contract documents, safety regulations, and company standards Manage procurement and buyout of materials, equipment, and subcontractors Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact budget, schedule, or quality Collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth execution, especially in occupied or sensitive environments Support and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers Work closely with accounting and leadership teams for project reporting and forecasting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:

5+ years of experience building academic, healthcare or commercial projects Experience managing projects from start to finish on projects $10M+ Excellent communication & time-management skills Familiarity with Procore and other softwares softwaresThe ability to lead a team
