Our client is a structural engineering firm, and they have an immediate need for an experienced BIM Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
Layout of construction drawings based on preliminary architectural plans/models. Adaptation of standard details to projects, detailing of unique conditions, and coordination with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, etc.
Work will be done under the supervision of an engineer and/or senior BIM Technician. The successful candidate must be able to earn the confidence of our clients through elegant, practical and timely engineering solutions. Required:
5 plus years as a BIM Technician creating structural construction documents for commercial style products Revit Proficiency.
Project Types: Mostly commercial and institutional type projects such as: Medical Facilities, Educational Facilities, Biotechnology Research Facilities, Sports and Recreational Facilities, Commercial and Corporate Facilities, Industrial Facilities, Parking Facilities, and Arts Centers Competitive and Comprehensive benefits package offered Salary Range-$65,000-$80,000 (depending on experience) Please forward resume to: wendyc@selectek.com or call Wendy 678-802-6616 Must be able to work in office/Atlanta
