Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven
Lead Software Developer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in
ServiceNow , strong
JavaScript
skills, and working knowledge of
DevOps practices . You will lead software design initiatives, conduct peer reviews, mentor developers, and contribute to our AI integration efforts. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development
of scalable applications and ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and architectural decisions. Guide and mentor development teams, fostering best practices in clean code, design patterns, and secure coding. Perform
code reviews
and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency. Drive DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines. Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Lead and contribute to
AI/ML initiatives , including integrating AI services into existing platforms and developing intelligent automation solutions. Ensure performance, security, and compliance standards are met. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to inform future development.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
Proven experience with
ServiceNow development
(Workflows, Catalogs, IntegrationHub, CMDB, etc.). Strong knowledge of
JavaScript
(ES6+) and ServiceNow scripting APIs. Solid understanding of
DevOps principles , including containerization (Docker), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and Infrastructure as Code. Experience in software design, architecture, and leading development teams. Familiarity with
AI/ML tools and frameworks
(e.g., TensorFlow, OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.). Expertise in various architectural models, including domain-driven design, microservices-architecture, event-driven-architecture, and micro-frontend-architecture. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, etc.). Experience with other modern web technologies (e.g., React, Node.js). Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies. Experience implementing AI-driven workflows or chatbots within enterprise platforms.
