Full Stack Java Developer (LoanIQ Experience)

We are seeking a
Full Stack Java Developer
with hands-on experience working on
LoanIQ
or similar syndicated loan platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based backend applications while contributing to frontend development using modern frameworks. You will play a key role in building and enhancing financial applications, especially those supporting syndicated lending and loan servicing.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications in support of syndicated lending processes. Integrate with LoanIQ systems to automate, enhance, and manage loan lifecycle processes. Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend and third-party systems. Participate in code reviews, testing, and production deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues related to LoanIQ. Follow Agile methodologies and participate in daily standups and sprint planning. Document technical solutions and contribute to system architecture improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Java Developer. Strong proficiency in
Java (8+) , Spring Boot, and RESTful services. Solid experience in
LoanIQ
- understanding of its data model, API integration, and syndicated loan workflows. Frontend development experience using
Angular ,
React , or similar frameworks. Proficiency in relational databases such as
Oracle
or
SQL Server . Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker). Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, JMS) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the
banking or financial services
industry, specifically in syndicated lending. Prior experience working in Agile environments. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with LoanIQ API, reports, and customization.
