Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced
TIBCO BW Developer - Technical Support & Integration Engineer
to join our integration services team. This role combines hands-on technical support with the development of integration solutions using
TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) . The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of existing integrations while also building new enterprise integration solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide expert-level support for TIBCO BW applications to ensure system uptime and optimal performance. Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving TIBCO BW services and related components using debugging and monitoring tools. Monitor production systems proactively to identify and mitigate potential performance and reliability issues. Development & Integration
Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Build custom adapters, messaging frameworks, and web services for seamless integration between enterprise systems. Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough unit, system, and integration testing of developed TIBCO solutions. Identify and fix bugs and integration defects, coordinating with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design diagrams, implementation steps, and support guides. Maintain comprehensive records of deployment processes, system configurations, and operational workflows. Provide regular updates to leadership on support tickets, system health, and project milestones. Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, QA, DevOps, and business teams to support full lifecycle development and deployment. Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Required Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW)
, including key tools such as TIBCO Designer and TIBCO Administrator. Strong knowledge of
TIBCO EMS ,
TIBCO Adapters , and
TIBCO BusinessConnect . Proficient in developing and consuming
SOAP and RESTful Web Services , and working with
XML, XSD, and WSDL . Solid SQL skills and proven experience with relational database systems and database integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and performance tuning of integration services.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with
TIBCO ActiveMatrix ,
TIBCO Hawk , or
TIBCO BPM . Experience working within
Agile/Scrum
teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Exposure to CI/CD processes and DevOps practices in the context of integration development.
