This is a unique opportunity for a strategic audit leader with a robust background in compliance and financial crimes, especially in AML/BSA, OFAC/sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption (ABC), conduct risk, and regulatory compliance. In this high-profile position, you will deliver strategic leadership over the audit of global compliance and financial crimes programs, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, and provide valuable insights to management and the board. You will also lead a team of internal audit professionals, cultivate relationships with senior leadership, and spearhead the development of a data analytics-driven audit approach. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, along with at least 15 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management, or financial crimes within a large financial institution or regulatory body. Professional certifications such as CAMS, CPA, CIA, CFE, or similar are highly desirable. This role requires a global mindset, strong leadership skills across diverse geographies, and exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
