What's the Job?
Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support. Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to define scope, requirements, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and track progress, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, HR, supply chain, and IT. Handle communication and reporting for stakeholders at all levels. What's Needed?
10+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, etc.). Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, operations, or supply chain. Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-phase ERP projects. Experience working with vendors, consultants, and technical teams. Skilled in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
