About the Position
We are seeking a Program Manager whose focus will be to oversee all work performed in accordance with the contract and serve as primary point of contact as the Rulemaking Process technical lead.
The duties of this position will be performed
remotely.
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of contract performance, ensuring work is completed in alignment with contract requirements. Maintain clear communication with executive-level clients and management. Prepare professional correspondence, manage technical writing needs, and maintain organized filing systems. Ensure that, in the Program Manager's absence, only one designated alternate has full authority to act on all contract matters. Operate standard office equipment such as copy machines, scanners, and cameras. Utilize and recommend project management platforms supported by BSEE Information Technology governance (e.g., Microsoft TEAMS Planner Application). Remain available to work during BSEE core office hours. Ensure all communications, both written and verbal, are clear and effective in English. Qualifications:
Documented project management experience of similar size, scope, and complexity, or an accredited Project Manager Certification. At least one year of experience supporting and interacting with executive-level clients or management. Demonstrated expertise in both written and verbal communication. Experience with technical writing. Proficiency in preparing correspondence and maintaining organized records. Ability and willingness to use modern project management platforms. Demonstrates proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Compensation:
