About the Role:

This role owns the systems that track and manage our financial assets — from hardware inventory and fixed assets to capital leases.

What You'll Do:

Design and support process in NetSuite Inventory, NetAsset and related modules.

Integrate inventory data from infrastructure and procurement systems (e.g. Coupa)

Implement accounting rules and depreciation logic for Capital assets and leases.

Build and support conversion of CIP into Fixed assets and depreciation.

Build reconciliations and controls between inventory, GL, and physical deployment.

Partner with DC Infra Ops, Inventory Control specialists, Accounting, and FP&A to model asset lifecycle and value.

Design and Implement Lease administration and Lease accounting with tools like Costar.

Work with integration and Data Engineers in integration of Netsuite into other systems and data platforms.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

5+ years working with NetSuite modules and finance accounting systems

Strong hands on Technical experience with Netsuite - Suite Script, Suite Talk, Suiteflow,Saved Searches, and Squareworks workflows.

Strong understanding of infrastructure asset capitalization, inventory management and audit controls.

Experience with lease accounting (NetLease or CoStar) and fixed assets module in Netsuite or NetAsset

Ability to design technical flows with product managers and business stakeholders, perform configurations and scripting where needed.

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Some experience in Netsuite integration with tools like workato is a big plus.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from [base min] to [base mid] and [ttc min] to [ttc mid], accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
