Job Description: The RASA Chatbot Developer will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced AI chatbots and voice assistants using RASA, with a focus on scalable and efficient solutions for diverse business use cases. Key responsibilities include integrating NLP and NLG, managing deployments through CI/CD tools, and working on complex technical issues related to chatbot performance and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities: Develop RASA chatbots and voice assistants across various platforms Work on chatbot framework/architecture using open-source tools Implement NLP/NLG for chatbots Integrate chatbots with management dashboards and CRMs Troubleshoot and resolve technical design issues Design scalable AI and Client solutions Ensure chatbot optimization for speed and scalability Provide innovative solutions for improved user experience Multilingual chatbot experience (preferred) Human escalation integration Qualifications & Skills:
B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech or related technical discipline Minimum 6-7 years of experience in RASA chatbot development RASA enterprise experience (mandatory) Hands-on experience with live agent integration Conversational AI, Client, and Deep Learning experience Proficient in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Linux shell commands Experience integrating with platforms like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk Strong foundation in AI tools (TensorFlow, Spacy, NLU) and RESTful APIs Must-Have Skills:
RASA enterprise chatbot development experience Strong Python programming skills Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and AI tools Understanding of HTTPS and enterprise security
