Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our talented team. This role is ideal for a skilled and compassionate LMT who is looking to build a consistent schedule while delivering exceptional, customized care to our valued guests.
Responsibilities: ● Perform a range of massage and bodywork services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, CBD massage, and specialized offerings like OSEA Vagus Nerve treatments. ● Collaborate with guests to tailor each session to their needs, providing optimal comfort and results. ● Maintain treatment spaces to spa standards, ensuring a soothing, hygienic environment. ● Ensure the treatment room remains clean and organized throughout the shift. ● Adhere to hygiene and sanitation protocols. ● Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive client experience. ● Cultivate positive client relationships through professional communication and outstanding service.
Qualifications: ● Active and valid Connecticut Massage Therapy License. ● Proficient in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage; experience with additional therapeutic modalities is a plus. ● Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude. ● Dependable, professional, and passionate about wellness and holistic care. ● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ● Weekend and evening availability preferred.
