Full-Time, Permanent Role Teaching Hospital Affiliation : Partnered with Texas Tech's Schools of Medicine, Pharmacy, and Allied Health Large, Collaborative Team : 100+ therapy staff (PT/OT/SLP) Personalized Mentorship & Support:

Certified Preceptor Program + 4-6 weeks structured onboarding Clinical Variety : Opportunities to work across multiple hospital units (ICU, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, etc.) and be cross-trained in Inpatient Rehab Flexible Assignments : Therapists assigned by floor based on need and interest Reasonable Caseload:

5-6 evaluations or 7-8 combined patients/day New Grads Welcome:

Position Overview

This full-time Acute Care position plays a pivotal role in the continuum of care within our facility. The Acute Care team serves as the heart of the hospital, supporting patients during some of the most critical moments in their lives.

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with a diverse range of patient populations, including Orthopedic, Neurological, and Cardiac cases, helping them take their first steps toward recovery. This is an opportunity to make a profound impact while collaborating with a passionate, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program TX license or the ability to obtain Servant leader mindset Coachable and eager to grow Excellent communication skills across all levels Collaborative, team building personality style Acute Care experience preferred H1B Visa Sponsorship not available
