We're proud of the culture we've built, and we're looking for an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our overnight leadership team.Position Summary:We're hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift. This role is responsible for overseeing care delivery, assessing and addressing resident needs, and guiding a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure excellence throughout the night.Key Responsibilities:Support the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing, interviews, hiring, and staff orientationProvide strong clinical leadership and ensure consistent, quality nursing careSupervise and support LPNs and CNAs during overnight shiftsCoordinate and participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetingsCollaborate with other disciplines to monitor resident progress and care goalsEnsure compliance with nursing standards and timely documentationMonitor Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) data and lead quality improvement initiativesPromote a safe, clean, and supportive overnight care environmentHelp develop and implement education plans to support team growthQualifications:Active RN license in the State of Georgia (LPNs with strong leadership experience may also be considered)Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or related healthcare settingExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA positive, collaborative approach to overnight supervisionShift:7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)What We Offer:Competitive Compensation$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (must be FT or guaranteed 30 hrs/week)Next Day PayHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability InsurancePaid Sick Leave, Holidays, and PTOCareer Growth & Tailored Development OpportunitiesUnlimited Employee Referral Bonus ProgramA supportive and dedicated team environmentMake a difference when it matters most-overnight.
