What You'll Do Architect scalable, maintainable solutions with long-term technical vision. Influence stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product excellence. Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and leading their adoption. Collaborate with engineering managers, product leaders, and architects to shape technical roadmaps. Champion quality through rigorous testing, defect resolution, and process improvement. Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
What You Bring
8-10 years
of experience in software development and enterprise-level product leadership. Deep expertise in programming languages, software architecture, and technical strategy. Proven ability to lead and mentor large engineering teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
Must-Have Skills
Java : Advanced proficiency in building robust, scalable applications. AWS : Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and services. Open Source Stack : Familiarity with modern frameworks, libraries, and tools that power agile development.
You Excel In
Innovation, performance tuning, and service-oriented architecture. Software reliability, security, and quality assurance. Communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and decision-making.
