Job Description: As a Non-CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating 20-26 ft box trucks to and from residential moving locations. In addition to driving, you will actively participate in the moving process, including loading and unloading household items and ensuring that all items are handled with care.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate box trucks (20-26 ft) to and from customer homes. Load and unload household goods with care, ensuring items are protected during transit. Assist with wrapping, padding, and securing items in the truck. Maintain communication with the moving team and customers throughout the job. Follow all DOT and company safety standards while on the job. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips and report any issues. Provide excellent customer service during all moving jobs. Requirements:
Valid driver's license (No CDL required). Clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Previous moving or box truck driving experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly. Dependable, punctual, and a team player. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Benefits:
