Starting with golf, they've developed breakthrough technology that's making high-end sports simulation available to everyone. With a rapidly growing community of over 300,000 enthusiasts and distribution through major retailers, they're transforming how people practice and experience sports. What You Will Do Pioneer the development of monocular 3D pose estimation models for sports applications Create and optimize video preprocessing pipelines for real-time analysis Collaborate with biomechanical physicists to extract meaningful features from 3D pose data Design and implement ML model deployment strategies on AWS Work with an in-house data collection lab to build comprehensive training datasets Drive technological innovation alongside the founding team Ideal Candidate Background Extensive experience in computer vision and machine learning engineering Deep expertise in 3D pose estimation, particularly single-camera applications Strong foundation in deep learning and state-of-the-art video/image models Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments Experience with AWS infrastructure and optimization Preferred Qualifications Background in biomechanics or sports-related ML applications Experience with real-time performance optimization Track record of ownership in fast-paced environments Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary range: $350,000 - $420,000 Equity package in a high-growth company Comprehensive health benefits Opportunity to shape the future of sports technology Work directly with founding team H-1B transfer support available
