Your primary focus will be to leverage data analytics to enhance publicly reported performance rates and address quality gaps effectively. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your deep understanding of Medicare Star Rating methodology, NCQA HEDIS measures, CAHPS, and HOS surveys. As our ideal candidate, you will possess strong intermediate to advanced skills in analytic programming and data visualization tools such as SAS, SQL, and Tableau. You will be responsible for developing sophisticated analytics tailored to support business decisions and drive quality improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong emphasis on data analysis is required, while an advanced degree is preferred. You should have at least 5 years of experience in reporting and analyzing quality improvement metrics within a health plan, specifically those relating to HEDIS, HOS, and CAHPS. This position requires a professional with a history of producing detailed reports and dashboards alongside the ability to design impactful analyses assessing intervention effectiveness. Exceptional communication skills and interaction across all management levels are vital, as is a results-driven mindset. Experience with Medicaid-Medicare populations and data analytics is notably advantageous.
