This is a hybrid full-time role working with Python, PostgreSQL, microservices, and distributed systems.

You'll work closely with Customer Success and Engineering teams to solve real-world problems and support mission-critical systems. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering 2+ years working with microservices and asynchronous workers Strong experience in large-scale distributed systems Proven ability to improve system performance and reliability Proficiency in Python 3 and PostgreSQL Desired Skills & Experience
Background in data intelligence or infrastructure systems Strong data analysis and system behavior monitoring skilla Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities What You Will Be Doing
Build and maintain internal tools and systems to support Customer Success and Engineering teams Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency and response times Monitor and maintain production systems, proactively identifying potential issues Triage and resolve customer-reported issues Analyze data and system behavior to provide actionable insights Tech Breakdown
