The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and closure of a diverse portfolio of IT projects including infrastructure deployments, software implementations, cybersecurity initiatives, cloud migrations, Microsoft 365, and client onboarding. This role ensures delivery excellence and alignment with ADNET's core values through client satisfaction, efficiency, and operational discipline.

The Project Manager has the authority and responsibility to drive project success through scheduling, prioritization, and communication. They also contribute to refining internal delivery frameworks and metrics to enhance the quality and scalability of ADNET's project management practices.

Position Qualifications

Education:

Associate's degree or higher required PMP certification or minimum 5 years' experience managing concurrent IT projects Preferred: Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP), ITIL, Microsoft, ConnectWise, or Monday.com certifications

Skill Level:

Detail Oriented: Ability to consistently follow processes and highlight areas for improvement. Communication Skills: Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills with clients, engagement managers (sales), systems engineers and vendors. Organizational Skills: Must demonstrate ability to keep multiple projects organized and have a handle of each project's status to ensure timely delivery with budgeted resources. Leadership Skills: Ability to keep project resources motivated; resolve logistical and interpersonal conflicts; make tough decisions that are in line with ADNET's core values. Time Management: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and competing demands while working with clients, management, and project resources. Analytical & Financial Acumen: Skilled in tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and identifying improvements Industry Knowledge: Must possess a working knowledge of how IP networks, servers, desktops, cloud computing and cloud services are constructed or delivered. Decision Making: Ability to make prudent decisions in matters of significance. Expected Compensation: $80k to $90k a year.

Responsibilities

Delight clients, always. Perform your duties effectively and efficiently. Alert supervisor of any inadequacies in standards and procedures that can have an adverse impact on ADNET or its Clients. Maintain industry knowledge through training and certification. Regularly measure and report on project delivery efficiency metrics as agreed upon with your manager. Contribute the development and standardization of templates, documentation, and project delivery processes. Support internal reporting/dashboarding for metrics like client satisfaction, utilization, and profitability. Work with the scheduling team to manage resource schedules and priorities. Project Planning

Review project scopes in collaboration with technical resources and design team. Create a work plan which identifies critical milestones, dependencies and activities needed to successfully complete projects. Work with the finance department to verify accuracy and timely delivery of products required for the projects. Determine the resources (people, time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project Meet with clients to review and set expectations regarding project delivery Schedule appropriate resources to projects. Directly support and manage project engineers and subcontractors, as necessary. Consistently conduct Pre- and Post-Project review meetings. Project Execution

Execute the project according to the project plan Use ConnectWise to manage project related documents and project tickets Communicate, consistently and regularly with supervisor and stakeholders on project status, issues, and changes. Conduct weekly Work in Progress (WIP) meetings with project resources to review progress of active projects specifically covering changes, additions and identify potential change orders. Work with required resources to build and process change orders. Perform site visits (as needed) to ensure that the quality of work performed by the team meets the project standards. Ensure that all progress billing follows project plan in collaboration with the finance department. Ensure that the project deliverables are on-time and within budget. Project Closure

Evaluate the outcomes of the project versus those established during the planning phase and adjust any project templates or estimation tools, as necessary. Review project with internal staff, document any issues that were found and communicate it to the appropriate staff. Project completion meeting with customer to ensure that all expectations were met, discuss any changes that were made to the project during implementation.
