This opening is for an expert level V93000 Applications Engineer in the Austin, Texas area. The successful candidate will provide leading edge V93000 solutions in support of a major semiconductor customer. Success in this role entails applying well-developed skills in V93000 test program development and debug while working with customer engineers.

Key Responsibilities: V93000 Solutions:

Provide advanced V93000 high performance digital solutions to support customer needs. Test Program Development:

Develop and debug V93000 test programs, ensuring high-quality performance. Software-Driven Test Implementation:

Implement Software-driven test (SLT on ATE) utilizing the latest Advantest LinkScale solution to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Customer Collaboration:

Work closely with customer engineers to apply best practices and achieve task closure strategies. Multitasking:

Adapt to changing customer needs and manage multiple tasks effectively. Self-Starter:

Operate independently with management direction, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving. Travel :

Approximately 10% to 25% travel to various customer and Advantest sites

Requirements:

A high level of expertise on the Advantest V93000 (digital) Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an electrical testing of SoC Integrated Circuits Proficient in digital ATE testing techniques Proficient in the Linux (UNIX) operating system. Proficient in C++, Java, object-oriented language programming Perl or Python scripting experience Comfortable presenting in front of customer management Proactive, self-disciplined and motivated self-starter Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):

System Level Test:

Expertise in system level testing to ensure comprehensive evaluation of semiconductor devices. ATE DUT Interface HW:

Familiarity with the design/layout of ATE DUT interface hardware, schematic capture and PCB layout
