- We are excited to announce an opening for an HVAC Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. To thrive in this role, you should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, enabling you to excel in a collaborative, multi-team environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget constraints. You will collaborate closely with job foremen to optimize labor efficiency while maintaining exemplary safety and quality standards. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and address frequent project changes is crucial. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage project budgets and schedules. Collaborate with purchasing for the acquisition of materials, equipment, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with budget estimates. Submit monthly project billings and assist in payment collection efforts as necessary. Provide precise job cost and cash flow forecasts. Generate accurate project manpower projections in partnership with project foremen. Review and process permit documents, submittals, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Coordinate and schedule timely material and equipment deliveries in alignment with project timelines. Attend and actively participate in project management meetings. Conduct site visits as required to monitor project progress. Assess and review change order request estimates. Regularly update manpower and project schedules to reflect current conditions. Collaborate with the Coordination team to develop a comprehensive coordination schedule. Resolve disputes with vendors, general contractors, and subcontractors effectively. Work closely with Assistant Project Managers on various project aspects. Schedule and conduct owner training sessions as needed. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Sage 300CRE. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and flexibility to manage shifting priorities. Experience in leading and managing teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and the construction industry.
