This position is instrumental in the success of the KSU Rodeo Team. The KSU Rodeo Team strives to promote and educate students and the general public on the history, heritage, and tradition of rodeo. We facilitate opportunities for students to participate in rodeo by providing professionally coached practices in a safe environment for our dedicated cowboys and cowgirls.

This position is
On-site . What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.
Preferred Qualifications: * B.S. degree or equivalent * Experience in coaching and/or participation in rodeo * Experience in providing quality care for livestock and rodeo facilities (animal housing, arenas, etc.) * Evidence of being a successful team worker able to foster diversity; able to meet, interact and communicate with students, colleagues, staff, and other pertinent clientele in a professional manner * Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills * M.S. degree or equivalent * Experience in building an outstanding rodeo program and successfully coaching a rodeo team * Evidence of successfully managing a team or group of people * Experience in managing a budget for an organization * Experience in fundraising
