About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management who will play a crucial role in propelling our growth. This is an excellent chance for a strategic leader to oversee supply chain and procurement across all our locations. You will take the lead in crafting and executing both short- and long-term supply chain and procurement strategies, optimizing purchasing and sourcing processes, and fostering the implementation of best practices aimed at enhancing capabilities, reducing risk, and boosting efficiency.
We are looking for a hands-on, energetic leader with a continuous improvement mindset, robust financial insight, and exceptional skills in vendor negotiation and relationship management. In this role, you will mentor a dedicated team and ensure the smooth integration of new standards and processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain and purchasing, with over 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within a medical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) environment.
Your proven ability to create value as a strategic business partner, combined with your entrepreneurial approach, will set you apart. Experience in high-growth, acquisitive businesses and a background in private equity will be considered a significant advantage. A certification in purchasing, advanced knowledge of MRP systems, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) are essential qualifications for this role.
