Property Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of our properties and ensure exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of assigned properties. Maintain and improve the propertys overall appearance and functionality. Handle leasing processes, including showing units, processing applications, and conducting lease signings. Address tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage budgets, forecasts, and property financials, ensuring adherence to policy and maximization of profit. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, overseeing contractors and maintenance staff. Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates. Prepare regular reports on property performance and resident satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications: Three or more years of experience in property management. Strong understanding of property management principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to property management. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
