Job Description:

BigRio is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

QA Engineer

with a strong background in

WebUI testing

and automation using

WebdriverIO . The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring software quality and possess experience working in agile, fast-paced environments. You will play a key role in our QA team, designing and executing test strategies for modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using

WebdriverIO Perform functional, regression, and UI testing across web-based applications Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure test coverage and quality standards Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks Identify, document, and track bugs using test management and issue tracking tools Review product requirements and technical documentation to write effective test cases Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on

WebUI automation testing Strong hands-on experience with

WebdriverIO

and related automation frameworks Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests Experience in working with tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and test management tools Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Nice to Have:

Experience with other testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright Knowledge of BDD tools like Cucumber Exposure to cloud-based test execution platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
