We are currently searching for an experienced
Transportation Project Manager with 10+ years of relevant experience
to support our
Southwest Region
located in
San Antonio, TX .
What you’ll be doing:
Provide daily technical support to engineering staff
Oversee engineering design teams
Develop engineering schematic, plans, estimates, and details for various transportation projects
Provide project management and engineering support project delivery
Develop & monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules for various transportation and mobility projects
What you need to have:
B.S. or M.S. in Civil engineering
Licensed Texas P.E.
10+ years of progressive transportation/roadway experience
3+ years of experience in management of engineering and support staff
Relevant experience in OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
Experience in ProjectWise file management environment
Ability to develop and implement detailed Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Volkert adheres to federal guidelines, which may include testing for substances such as marijuana. Please note that federal regulations may differ from state-specific guidelines
Valid driver’s license
A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
