The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing a bold multi-year technical vision that aligns with the company's long-term strategy. This role requires a leader with a strong technical foundation, at least 5 years' experience leading large engineering teams, and a proven track record in driving operational excellence and product delivery. The VP of Engineering will be a key member of the senior leadership team, influencing both tactical and strategic decisions, and will be expected to have a deep appreciation for balancing product delivery with long-term technical investments.
