Are you a senior engineer with a background in Signal Processing and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), looking to work on groundbreaking space projects from concept stage to delivery?

The company is a fast-growing aerospace company that develops cutting-edge technologies for both government and commercial clients - including communication systems, solid rocket propulsion, navigation tools, airlocks, and satellite components.

In this role, you'll work in the propulsion and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance) domains. As part of a small team, you will lead the architectural, design, and integration of the next generation of SIGINT Systems, driving projects from concept to on-site deployment.

The Role: * Lead the architecture, design, integration, and testing of Signal Processing and SIGNIT Systems * 10% Travel for on-site system integrations and customer engagement * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to small engineering teams * Opportunity to work across department and scale your career technically * Hybrid - Tues, Wed, Thurs in office

The Person: * Experience in Signal Processing and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) * Senior or lead experience * Solid understanding of modern communication systems (AM, FM, QAM, QPSK, etc.) * Strong foundation in Antenna Theory and RF concepts * Knowledge with MATLAB
