Lead end-to-end project management activities for workplace services, EUC migrations, and cloud infrastructure integration. • Oversee the migration and integration of workplace productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, GitLab). • Partner with technology teams and service providers to manage transition of cloud operations and IT infrastructure services to new delivery models. • Drive comprehensive risk identification and mitigation plans, ensuring proactive issue management and stakeholder alignment. • Facilitate governance, stakeholder reporting, and progress updates for senior leadership and CTO organization. • Ensure effective coordination across multiple internal and external teams to manage dependencies and align with broader business goals. • Manage project financials, tracking timelines and deliverables against aggressive end-of-year deadlines. • Establish and maintain standard project documentation, status reports, and action tracking.
