Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive troubleshooting of API gateway, WAF, and routing configurations to ensure optimal operations. Conduct regular analysis of logs and metrics to ascertain and mitigate recurring issues. Manage and execute API deployments, revisions, and policy updates using Terraform for thorough configuration management. Collaborate with Akamai and Microsoft support teams for complex problem resolution. Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to discuss and implement approved changes efficiently. Optimize WAF and routing rules, enhancing both performance and security measures. Document known errors, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and create root cause analysis (RCA) reports to streamline operations. Additional Skills Desired Skills

Proficient experience with Azure API Management, Azure Front Door, Application Gateway, and Akamai WAF. Demonstrable proficiency in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, and Terraform. Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow, for effective service management. Thorough understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Event management. Exceptional troubleshooting, scripting, and automation skills that empower operational optimization. Preferred Experience Possession of Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-400, AZ-700) that display a deep commitment to professional development. Prior experience in supporting high-availability, enterprise-grade API platforms. Knowledge of networking principles, as well as DNS, SSL/TLS, OAuth, and HTTP/S protocols. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps methodologies to enhance deployment efficiency. Mandatory Skills: Azure Integration.
