About the Role The university is in search of a visionary leader to serve as the Dean of the College of Health and Public Service. Your responsibilities will include leading fundraising initiatives, supporting academic departments, overseeing accreditation, and managing a balanced budget. Collaboration within the college and with external partners is essential to foster a thriving scholarly environment focused on excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. The ideal candidate will possess an earned doctorate or terminal degree in a health-related field or equivalent leadership experience in the health professions. A minimum of five years of leadership experience is required, along with a proven record of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
