Job Title : SAP Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SAP HANA Basis to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate cross functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget, while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals. Utilize strong SAP HANA Basis knowledge to guide technical teams in the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables. Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards, as well as industry best practices in project management. Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP HANA Basis, including installation, configuration, and administration. Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Preferred Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience with cloud based SAP solutions and integration with other enterprise systems. Familiarity with data migration and system upgrade processes in SAP environments. Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP HANA Basis projects. Demonstrated success in managing large scale projects with cross functional teams. Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP solutions.
