Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk Implementation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk Implementation Specialist to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our Oracle Fusion HR Help Desk solution. This role manages full lifecycle implementation-requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, training, and post-go-live support-to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Serve as project lead for HR Help Desk implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Gather and document functional/technical requirements and configure service flows, SLAs, and workflows. Integrate HR Help Desk with other Oracle Fusion modules and third-party systems. Oversee data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and defect resolution. Deliver user training, create documentation, and support change management activities. Provide hypercare and continuous optimization after deployment. Qualifications
Bachelor's in IT, HR, Business, or related field; Oracle certifications preferred. 5+ years in HR tech implementations, with 2+ in Oracle Fusion Cloud (HR Help Desk). Strong understanding of HR processes, service delivery, and case management best practices. Hands-on experience with configuration, integrations (OIC, APIs), and data migration. Proven project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Skills
Oracle Cloud HCM certification, knowledge of ITIL practices, and Agile/Waterfall methods. Experience in global, complex HR environments and strong documentation capabilities.
