Description Work with business and application teams to understand requirements. Participate in high-level design sessions to maximize client needs. Collaborate with teams to develop new features. Apply Agile methodologies like SCRUM and KANBAN. Develop and customize CRM solutions. Ensure effective communication and articulation skills.

Qualifications 4 years of experience in CRM development with a total of 8 years in the field. Experience with plugins, custom workflows, and web resources. Understanding of CRM security models and reporting. Proficient in CRM configurations, customizations, and integration development. Experience in .NET technology and related areas. Experience with CRM implementations and integrations. Knowledge of Agile development practices.
